Close Interchange and Support ‘Interchange’ is a database that defines the different versions of each part type available for each model of vehicle. It is this specific definition of the various parts found on vehicles that enables Pinnacle Easy to give your sales staff the information required to accurately identify exactly which part your customer requires, and ensure the parts supplied match their needs. This data is available to all Pinnacle users and is continually being developed to ensure it accurately reflects the available options in the market place. Close PinnacleNet PinnacleNet is a fully integrated function within Pinnacle that allows you to simply and effortlessly intertrade with other users and sites on the Pinnacle system. Every time you check your system for a part, all the parts from other Pinnacle users automatically appear and therefore enabling you to say 'YES' more often to your customers. Obviously the reverse is also true so all of a sudden you have effectively increased your sales staff by a huge multiple. By utilising the Interchange Parts Indexing System you can also be rest assured that the part you are buying or selling is the actual part required and not a 'best guess' alternative as it was prior to the introduction of Interchange.

Terms & Conditions of sale

1. Pinnacle Easy is initially available as demo software. The software will restrict the user to entering a maximum of 1,000 parts or 100 invoices. Interchange and PinnacleNet will be provided as part of the demo software for a limited period of 30 days from date of installation.
   
   
2. To continue using the software free-of-charge with no restrictions on the number of parts that can be entered or invoices produced, the user must contact Actual Systems and request a ‘dongle’. Once installed, the dongle will remove all usability restrictions. Please note that the free-of-charge version of the software will initially be provided without Interchange or PinnacleNet.
   
   
3. Interchange is available at any time once the dongle has been received and installed. This service is available at a cost of £50 per month per user (up to 5 users) and is subject to a 1-year minimum contract.
   
   
4. PinnacleNet is available at any time once the dongle has been received and installed. Please note that PinnacleNet is not available without Interchange. This service is available at a cost of £200 per month for an unlimited number of users in the same location and is subject to a 1-year minimum contract.
   
   
5. All monthly costs are billed quarterly in advance.
   
   
6. All prices quoted above are excluding VAT.
   
   

Users of Pinnacle Easy must be vehicle dismantlers and any requests/emails generated from the use of this software or related services are Actual Systems property and not to be distributed to third parties.

Users of Pinnacle Easy agree to use the software only for the purposes for which the software is intended. Under no circumstances must Pinnacle Easy be copied, distributed, sold, reverse-engineered, decompiled, or used for any other purpose other than intended.

Any other use will be viewed as a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Users of Pinnacle Easy agree to use Interchange only for the purposes for which Pinnacle Easy is intended. Under no circumstances must Interchange be copied, distributed, sold, reverse-engineered, decompiled, or used for any other purpose.

Any other use will be viewed as a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and in accordance with UK law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK Courts.
