We set-up and install PinnacleLight on each machine you purchase, set-up networking and printers before we send it out so you have complete piece of mind that your system will work straight out of the box on delivery. If your not fully confident installing the system yourself we can also do that for you too. Installing all equipement and even providing training.

Why should I buy software support?

Of course it works, but buying Support with Actual Systems is like buying a very good insurance policy. As a Supported user you have unlimited access to our dedicated telephone Support Line and our Support Team via phone, email or fax. This means that at any time you can phone Actual Systems for help and advice on any aspect of Pinnacle Light and its use. The Support personnel can link to your computer via modem and will also be able to advise you on any other problems you may be having with your computer or network.

This alone would be plenty of reasons for Support but in addition you will get regular software updates and new model updates FOC as a Supported user.
