The services provided through our website are free-of-charge. If you find a part you are looking for through our Pinnacle User Parts Search facility and you wish to purchase the parts then you contract directly with the Network Members. Our Network Members will confirm to you their charges including delivery costs and delivery times and warranty guarantee details. If you have any questions with regards to the spares then please ask the Network Members. Check and examine every spare part that you receive from our Network Members immediately upon receipt and again before installing/ fitting the same. If there are any discrepancies, markings, damages, false representations as to condition or quality then take this up with them immediately.

If an error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, suppliers reserve the right to correct that price and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase.
